He also earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State and studied Electrical Engineering at Stanford. He is involved with various charities that are focused on projects in rural South East Asia.
With an extensive background in technology, finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions, Marc Montagner brings years of executive leadership experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer of Endurance International Group.
As Endurance’s financial leader, Marc navigates financial operations, advises on strategic growth, and delivers value to Endurance shareholders.
Marc joins the Endurance team following a successful career at LightSquared, Inc., a wireless broadband and satellite company, where he was CFO since 2012. As CFO, Marc was responsible for the financial operations of the company, and he played a key role in strategic planning. He served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Strategy at LightSquared from 2009 to 2010.
His support for small business is anchored in his own entrepreneurial past – during the time between holding the CFO and EVP roles at LightSquared, Marc worked at Dupont Circle Partners, a consulting firm he founded to provide mergers and acquisitions advisory services in the technology and telecom industry.
Ron LaSalvia leads the operational and financial performance of the entire portfolio of Endurance International Group brands. His journey to his current position took a slightly different path than the rest of the management team — by way of a nuclear powered submarine. After attending M.I.T., Ron joined the Navy, rising through the ranks to command two fast attack submarines. Subsequently, on the staff of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, he managed the Department of Defense process for assessing future capability needs and approving development of major defense systems. After leaving the military, Ron’s passion for small business led him to establish his own consultancy, where his first client was a high-tech start-up. Recognizing his desire to one day run his own tech company, he returned to school, earning his M.B.A. from Wharton.
Now leading a global workforce of over 2,000, Ron still loves the spirit of small business owners and believes they are the backbone of a successful economy. When not stewarding Endurance operations, Ron remains faithful to his Philly roots and passionately supports Philadelphia sports teams.
As Endurance International Group's Chief Legal Officer, David Bryson has seen more than a decade of change, growth, acquisitions, equity and debt financings. His journey to Endurance began at BankBoston where he amassed over 20 years in the legal department, helping to make the bank a better partner with its employees, customers, communities and stakeholders. The great experience David gained there -- handling acquisitions, managing risk, leading teams, finding a way to resolve complex legal challenges by providing the right advice at the right time -- proved beneficial after joining Endurance.
David is inspired by the challenge of doing things right in an entrepreneurial, growing company.
Today, David is involved in every legal aspect of Endurance’s growing portfolio of brands, including strategic, corporate, development, operational and policy matters. What gets him really excited about his role at Endurance is working with his team to help make the web a better place for the customers and employees of Endurance. His team navigates the promise and potential of the web in order to help businesses achieve their goals while also protecting against the downside.
Outside of work, David enjoys photography, reading a good book on the beach, playing a round of golf with his three sons and spending time, and a good meal, with his wife and family.
Kathy Andreasen uses her untiring energy to lead Human Resources and Administration at Endurance International Group. Her journey to Endurance began, fittingly, on a boat where she worked for an international sailing association straight out of college. Her career in Human Resources and her passion for small businesses began a few years later at a venture capital firm in San Francisco where she worked while also completing her MBA at the University of New Mexico. From there, she took leadership roles in HR in such fast-growing and dynamic companies as Xoom.com/NBCi, Move.com, Cendant, Orbitz, Bill Me Later (purchased by eBay/PayPal) and Orchard Brands. Her years of experience all across the globe prepared her for her final position before joining Endurance: Chief People Officer at AOL. A year before starting at AOL, Kathy also joined the Board of Directors for APAC customer Services, Inc., chairing the compensation committee and serving for almost two years. Kathy’s love of the creative freedom in small businesses has helped to set the tone for the energetic culture of Endurance. And just as her career journey began on a boat, her passions often take her back to the ocean, where she sails, canoes, snorkels and scuba dives.
