Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On June 24, 2019, Christine T. Barry was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer, Web Presence, of Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc. (the Company). In this role, she will oversee operational matters for the Companys web presence and domain businesses. The Companys Chief Services Officer position, which Ms. Barry previously held, has been eliminated, and its functions will be performed by others within the organization.
